I used to own Gluten Free Girl (it was wonderful therapy when I first learned I would be gluten-free) and I gave it to a classmate when she was diagnosed with celiac. I’m now working my way through Gluten Free Girl and the Chef and I’m stuck on the blue cheese Cheesecake with fig crust recipe because I need to make the fig cookies from the first book to make the crust for this one. Is there any way you can send me the recipe or point me in the right direction if the fig cookie recipe is available online? I’m SO excited to try this!

Thank you so much for your help in this and many other things kitchen-related!

My 7 year old daughter was just diagnosed with celiac from a regular pysical just for the fact that she hasn’t grown much in the last months anybody out there with a young kid with no symptoms how do you get them to understand that it is important for them not to eat gluten. Any advice will be appreciated. Love miriam
