2020 GIFT GUIDE – MY FAVORITE GIFTS UNDER $50

Cloud Oversize Scarf. I have this scarf and absolutely love it. It’s like a cozy blanket.

Artisan Bread Making Kit. If you know someone who fell in love with sourdough/bread baking during this time, this is the kit for you.

Freezable Beer Glasses. Kind of genius!

Matcha Whisk. I use this to froth all milk. It’s wonderful.

Hair Tie Bracelet. Um, can you even believe this exists?! I have had a black hair tie on my wrist for 30 years.

Reversible Faux Leather Tote. Absolutely in love love love with this!

Nest Holiday Candle. One of my favorite scents of all time. This candle is such a classic wonderful gift. It’s also a great winter scent, to use after the holidays.

24 oz Hydroflask. I love this size of hydroflask because it fits in car holders and the peloton bike.

Insulated Stainless Steel Mug. Another fave right here, if you’re an iced coffee drinker!

Mini Cooler Backpack. This is brilliant, and I want to get one for trips to the park with the kids in the summer.

Courtly Check Mug. My love of courtly check knows no bounds.

Gemstone Sensor Night Lights. Ever since having kids, we are a night light house. We have them in every room. I love them!

Lustered Cocktail Shaker. I have a similar one to this and get so many compliments on it. It’s beautiful on a bar cart or buffet stand.

Cheese Knives. This is my mom’s signature gift. She also breaks some of these apart and gives them to friends.

Floating Bluetooth Speaker. I am obsessed with the fact that this FLOATS. That is incredible.

Jewelry Stand. I have one of these stands on my dresser. It’s wonderful for delicate necklaces. It looks pretty too.

Glass Candy Stripe Bowl. This is such a statement piece. I would leave it out all year

Patissier Bread Box. On the same note as bread baking, I love this bread box! It’s beautiful.

Shower Steamers. I love this gift for anyone. Not as messy as a bath bomb and so relaxing.

Hollywood Picture Frame. I do picture frames with the kids in them for multiple family members every year. These ones are so beautiful.

Match Cloche. This reminds me of something my grandma had. It’s so beautiful.

Marbled Cheese Board. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a cheese board!

Rifle Paper Desk Tackle Box. If you know a pen and paper freak like me, this would be the most incredible gift.

Serving Platter. Such a gorgeous serving platter. I can’t get enough.

Vanity Organizer. I got this last year for christmas to organize my skincare and I adore it.

Paint By Number Kit. Something to do with your hands other than play with your phone!!

2020 kid's gift guide

I say it every year, but this might be my favorite year of the kid’s gift guide yet! Now that I have a newly 3 year old and an almost 6 year old, I feel confident in what my kids LOVE and enjoy playing with the most. This list hasn’t changed a lot this year – in fact, many things stay on it as Emilia moves into playing with some of Max’s things. One thing I left off the list because it’s so extensive: LEGOS! Max is absolutely obsessed with Legos right now and builds constantly.

You can see some of our other favorites here: preschool favestoddler faveschildren’s books, and more! I’d love to hear below what you would include on this list too!

2020 Kids’s Gift Guide

Magnatiles. This has been one of the best toys we’ve had – as long as we’ve had kids. Max still loves playing with these at 6 years old and Emilia loves them too. They build together and play separately.

Straw Constructor Set. This quaratine find has been gold. This keeps the kids entertained for house. And while it can kind of be a mess when playing, it packs up nicely into this box.

Aquabeads. Max really got into aquabeads this year. Emilia is too young to do these on her own, but we love doing this as a family, or Max does them on his own. They are really fun.

Melissa and Doug One Stop Shop. Another item that we bought years ago for Christmas – both kids still love this. There is tons of imaginary play that goes on in our toy room, and this shop is a huge part of it.

Melissa and Doug Pizza Counter. We also have tons of play food, but the pizza set is definitely a favorite!

LCD Writing Tablets. I love these writing tablets for the kids. They are incredible for travel, but since no one is doing that right now, the kids spend some time on them in the afternoons too. They love to draw things and then have us guess what they are.

Jumbo Coloring Pads. These coloring pads are another huge win. We do a ton of art and these are fantastic. One of these sheets per kid gives us 30ish minutes of entertainment, at least. They use crayons, markers or paint with these.

Scoop and Learn Ice Cream Truck. Emilia got this gift last year for her birthday and it’s been a favorite this year. Both kids push this around and make their own ice cream truck. It is super fun.

Construction Plate and Utensils. We love these plates! Max is a little too old for them now and Emilia is slowly getting over them (especially the utensils), but these are SO fun for young eaters that I had to include them again. We loved these.

Connect 4. We’ve entered the years of playing games now with Max and connect 4 is definitely his favorite.

Hanna Andersson Pajamas. I’ve raved about these PJs for years. The quality is incredible. I also exclusively buy Hanna pajamas! They are a wonderful gift.

Kid’s Sorel Boots. If you live in a cold/snowy climate, I can’t recommend the kid’s sorel boots enough. They are SO warm. I can get two seasons out of them with Max, and then I save them for Emilia as she grows into them. The quality is so good.

Mini Melissa Mary Janes. On the same shoe note, Emilia lives in mini Melissas! These are the shoes she has worn for about two years now. They smell like candy (really), are great for play or cute to wear with something nice. We love these.

Hungry Hungry Hippos. Max is also very into hungry hungry hippos! This is a fun one because Emilia can easily play too.

Car Road Tape. This is a repeat from last year because it’s a life saver. On a rough day, I pull this tape out and place it all over the house. The kids instantly have a road/race track/etc and LOVE it.

Zara Basic Puffer. For years I have been a lover of Patagonia sweater coats for my kids. They last two seasons and I can pass Max’s down. However! This Zara puffer is incredible – so warm, so cute and an amazing price. Emilia had one last year, and this year I got Max one too! There is a pink version is here.

Kid’s Whale Slippers. I got these for the kids to match – they LOVE matching. Fun slippers are always a good choice.

My Big Wilmmelbooks. We love books in this house, but these are the ones my kids can get stuck in for a good while. It’s almost like a where’s waldo, but with scenes. We have every version, we always travel with them on road trips and they are really fun!

1000 Things to Eat. Another book we LOVE is this 100 Things to Eat. We have all the versions of this too. Max especially loves this one right now.

Jump Rocket Launcher. We got this over the summer and oh my, it gives you tons of entertainment. It’s definitely an outdoor toy, and it’s so light and easy that you can take it anywhere.

Dominoes. We fell in love with dominoes this year too. Max will meticulously set them up only for Emilia to knock one down. I swear it’s super fun.

Fleece Robe. Every other year I love to do robes for the kids on Christmas too. Robes and slippers for life!

Melissa and Doug Wooden Puzzle Set. We’ve got a ton of use out of these puzzles – my mom also has multiple versions at her house and the kids love them. Emilia is really into them, but Max still enjoys them now too!

Everything I’m loving this year for my 2020 men’s gift guide – and everything Eddie is loving too! This is a mix of what I’ve bought him in the past and what he is getting this year. So much to love! Of course these gifts can be for anyone, but I know all the guys in my life would loooove this stuff! There are also some great ideas in my gift guide under $25.

2020 MEN’S GIFT GUIDE

Grand Band Money Band. For the guy who doesn’t want to carry a wallet anymore!

Wooden Fractal Puzzle. This year we are allll about the games since we are staying at home more. Obsessed with this puzzle that would drive me mad.

Bubble wrap calendar. This would probably be Eddie’s dream calendar.

Paper Plane Launcher. Every year I like to get Eddie a “fun” gift – nothing fancy, but something that makes him feel like a kid again. This is it this year!

Cashmere Scarf. Then something like this to make him feel like a fancy guy. Ha.

Gratitude Card Set. I love these gratitude card sets and think they are perfect for anyone!

Wooden Foot Massager. Love this for under desks!

Retro Patagonia Vest. We are a big puffer/fleece vest family. It’s perfect for our weather. I love this retro Pataognia version.

Desktop Skee Ball. My ultimate favorite arcade game. I might buy this for Eddie and then put it on my own desk!

Allbirds Wool Runners. A few years ago I got Eddie Allbirds and he fell in love. They are now his favorite shoe and he has multiple different versions!

Neck Massager. This is the best neck and back massager you will find. It is life changing!

La Colombe Coffee. Best.coffee.ever.

Stance Socks. These are Eddie’s favorite socks by far. We always get him a few pairs of fun socks!

Yeti Backpack Cooler. Yeti products are one of the best things we have ever bought. They are pricey but worth it. I can’t even tell you how much use we have got out of this cooler.

Charcuterie Slicer. This charcuterie slicer is perfect!

Yeti Rambler. This is the most used cup in our house. We both have two, so we can rotate when one is in the dishwasher. It’s great because it fits in your cup holder too.

Popcorn Seasoning Set. I’ve gifted this so many times and it is always a huge hit.

Belgian Waffle Maker. We have this waffle maker and while it’s a splurge, we also have gone through about 10 waffle makers since we got marrier. This is by far the best we’ve ever had.

Cocktail Party Bundle. Gaby’s set has drink mixes and seasonings. I love it!

Dad Jokes. I couldn’t help it. This is such a fun stocking stuffer.

Theragun Mini. I bought Eddie this for his birthday this year. It’s perfect if you have a runner or someone who loves to work out (and is therefore, sometimes sore!).

Cryosphere. We have one of these and it is incredible. It can massage out any knot and is great for back and neck tension.

Kiehls Skincare Set. Every year I get Eddie a skincare set and it is one of his favorite gifts!

Magnetic Collar Stays. Eddie has collar stays all over the house. He needs these more than anything.

Chess and Checkers Set. More board games, in a fun pattern!

Momofuku Chili Crunch. Can’t say no to spicy chili crunch. You can put it on everything.

This gift guide is filled with TONS of my favorite things. The bags, shoes, pajamas and year-after-year items I use. You’ve seen and heard of a lot of them throughout 2019 as I’ve shared them in my favorites, but these are the best of the best of what I am loving!

2020 WOMEN’S GIFT GUIDE – ALL MY FAVORITE THINGS!

USB Candle Lighter. This is perhaps the single best gift I gave people last year. It was the biggest hit! Everyone loves these. It’s a great hostess gift too.

Moonlight Pajamas. My all-time favorite pajamas. Nothing compares!

Pilo Fabric Shaver. This is fantastic for sweaters in the fall and winter.

Slipper Socks. Nothing beats a huge thick pair of socks, cuddled up by the tree.

Hotel Robe. I have a few different robes but am absolutely in love with this one. The tie dye on the edges is so cute without being obnoxious too.

Spiked Hoop Earrings. I live for a spike and hoop!

Barefoot Dreams Throw. Another huge huge winner for gifts. I gift one of these every year (though I think I’ve given everyone I know one by now). They are the softest, most wonderful blankets.

Wonder Woman Bingo. Super fun game to play with your girlfriends!

Vintage Bookshelf Board Games. I also LOVE these games. My classic favorites but in this cute bookshelf style. I might even get Eddie one of these too.

Polartech Half Snap Fleece. I’ve had this fleece for two years now and adore it. It’s so easy to throw on and super warm. I love the red with pink detail, but there are multiple colors.

Gold Frasier Fir Candle. This candle is perfect for the entire winter season. It smells wonderful and but it’s pretty too.

Dudley Stephens Fleece. Another winner here – this super warm fleece turtleneck is weirdly flattering and so comfortable.

Leopard Suede Slippers. I get a version of these slippers every year. They are so cozy and comfy.

Stars Above Sweatshirt. This is the softest, most comfortable sweatshirt ever. It also has pocket! I bought one for my mom last year and we both love it.

Card Case with Strap. I have the smaller card case version of this. I love the rainbow colors and that this one can carry just a bit more while still being compact.

Waterproof Wedge Boot. You’re probably sick of hearing me talk about these boots. They are amazing – cute, functional if you live in cold weather and so comfortable.

Lululemon Align Leggings. Best leggings on the planet. Period.

Bala Bangles. If you don’t mind getting or gifting workout gear (I don’t), then you have to get these bala bangles. I love ‘em!

Passion Planner. This is my go-to planner. It’s sleep and the pages and perfectly for daily planning.

Himalayan Salt Lamp. The salt lamp is one of my favorite things. It gives the coziest, warm glow to any room. I use them in my kids’ room and mine. I love them.

Ember Smart Mug. This mug is a splurge but has a bluetooth hot plate to keep your coffee hot. NEEDED!

Faux Leather Foldover Clutch. The cutest black clutch from one of my favorite brands.

Keurig Cafe Coffee Maker. Going on two years, I still ADORE this coffee maker. You can make lattes and cappuccinos and obviously the flavors are endless.

Sticky Note Folio. If you know a pen and paper lover (hi! me!), this sticky note folio is perfect.

Large Notepad. So it this large notepad. And cute too.

Weekly Meal Planner. Also this meal planner is awesome. Love that it’s a giant note pad.

2021 Garden Calendar. This is my yearly calendar. I look forward to it all year.

MZ Wallace Small Sutton Bag. MZ Wallace makes the best bags and this year I fell in love with the small sutton. You can fit SO much in it, it’s still a crossbody – it’s so so good. Also very easy to clean.

Airpods case.  A cute way to store airpods – and maybe lose them less? There’s also an airpods pro case.

Adidas Ultraboosts. These are my FAVORITE sneakers ever – I’ve worn them almost exclusively for 3 years. Now my mom loves them too. They are so supportive and cushiony. The best!

2020 BEAUTY GIFT GUIDE

Make Up Eraser Set. I absolutely LOVE makeup erasers. I use them after oil cleansing and think they are amazing.

Slip Hair Tie Bauble. These are the best hair ties to use for sleep. They don’t crease or damage your hair.

Silk Pillowcase. Like the above! I’ve used my silk pillowcase for over two years now. It’s wonderful.

Drybar detox set. This is one of my favorite dry shampoos and I love this mini set. You can gift it at once and break it apart for stocking stuffers.

Mask mini set. I do the same with these masks. I love to break this set apart for gifts.

KNC beauty eye mask. This is one of my favorite under eye masks. And it’s so cute too!

Mini Beauty Fridge. I got one of these last year and instantly fell in love with it. I just adore having this in my room. You can store your beauty products in it and they feel so incredible when you put them one.

Ginger Float Bubble Bath. I’m not a huge bath person but this is my favorite holiday scent. It’s limited edition and smells wonderful.

One Step Hair Dryer & Volumizer. I have this and LOVE it. There is a more expensive version of this, but the revlon one is fantastic.

Summer Friday’s Jet Lag Mask. One of my favorite masks for dry skin. You can use this as a sleeping mask too.

Hourglass Mini Ambient Lighting Palette. This is one product I love every year. Hourglass hits it out of the park with these palettes.

Jo Malone Cologne Set. Jo Malone makes some of my favorite cologne (I love every scent except the rose one!) and this is a great way for someone to try different scents. You can break this one apart too!

54 Thrones Hibiscus Polish Bar. 54 thrones is incredible. I have the butter and night oil and love both so much. I love a good exfoliating bar!

Coconut Milk Bath Soak. This bath soak is lovely and softening without bubbles. Smells so good.

Coconut Spray Body Oil. This is my favorite body oil spray. I love that it sprays. It smells like fresh coconut, not sweet artificial coconut. Almost like coconut milk!

Weighted Neck Pillow. Perfect for a DIY spa night or let’s be real… good old neck tension.

Skin Gym Vibrating Beauty Roller. I love love love beauty rollers. I’ve used them for years, and then work wonders on tension headaches. Adore this one that vibrates.

Drunk Elephant The Littles. One of my favorite brands makes the best travel set. You can break this apart, or it’s a great way to try all the products.

Mini Beauty Butter Set. My favorite hand and body cream, period! This is so rich. The scents are wonderful.

Brazillian Bum Bum Cream. This will transport you to a tropical paradise. The scent is intoxicating.

Rapid Dry Hair Towel. I use one of these every time I wash my hair. They prevent breakage and help dry your hair quickly.

Microfiber Towel Scrunchies. They also make a scrunchie version! Just bought these and am so excited.

Lemon Sorbet Lip Sleeping Mask. I love this lip mask at night. It’s super softening and smells delicious.

54 Thrones Balancing Night Oil. This night oil is amazing and I love it. Most favorite I’ve tried.

Neoprene Toiletry Bag. These daphne dover bags are so great. Easy to clean and sleek too.

Lighted Makeup Mirror. I have a smart human makeup mirror, but found myself using this one more this year. I love the lights.

Luv Scrub Body Exfoliator. This is my favorite in shower body exfoliator. Love it so much more than gloves.

Shower Steamers. If you’re not a bath person, shower steamers are where it’s at!

Essential Brush Kit. The holidays are a great time to grab a brush set if needed. I love Bobbi Brown brushes – also love MAC and sigma too.

My 2020 kitchen gift guide is here! It’s chock full of everything I’ve loved this year and a bunch of things I’ll be gifting to family and friends.

MY 2020 KITCHEN GIFT GUIDE FAVORITES

Five Two Wooden Spoons. These are my favorite wooden spoons to use in the kitchen. Definitely the best!

Five Two Essential Kitchen Towels. Also, my favorite kitchen towels.

Cheese Vault. I LOVE this cheese vault. A great way to keep it fresh in the fridge.

Lotus Serving Board. This is the cutest board to do cheese and fruit – you can also make the prettiest rainbow fruit flower on here.

KitchenAid Stand Mixer. A classic. I love the version with the glass bowl. It’s so beautiful.

Staub 7×6 Baking Dish. This size of baking dish is fantastic if you live alone, know someone who lives alone or cook for two often. It’s the best size!

Global Knife Block Set. If you are looking for the BEST knives, these are it. The block is rather pricey, but it lasts forever (literally). You can also buy global knives separately and they are fantastic. Great for the serious cook.

Food52 GreenPans. My absolute FAVORITE everyday pans. I’ve used these for over a year now and they are incredible quality.

The Always Pan. This is another pan I love – it can braise, sear, steam, boil and more. The only thing it can’t do is go in the oven.

Herb Infuser. If you know someone who loves to grow their own herb garden, this is perfect.

Fondue for 2 Set. I adore my fondue set but it’s big. This set for two is lovely and perfect for date night at home. Cheese or chocolate!

Smeg Juicer. This has been a favorite of mine for years now. It’s incredible for juicing citrus and easy to use. We adore it.

Estelle Stemless Wine Glasses. The Estelle glasses are absolutely STUNNING. They are pretty enough to display at all times.

Assorted Silicone Lids. My aunt bought these for me one Christmas and it was such a fantastic gift. I use these weekly when I can’t find a lid or am using a pan without one. They are great.

Indoor S’mores Kit. I bought this earlier this year because I thought the kids would love it and I was right. This is so fun, especially if you live somewhere that has cold winters. You can also just set it up on your patio!

Compact Cheese Board. One of my favorite boards for serving. It expands but you can keep it compact for storage.

Mimosa Sugar Cubes. Absolutely love these as a hostess gift!

Himalayan Salt Tequila Glasses. Tequila is my drink of choice. These with a bottle of casa amigos would make an incredible gift.

Ooni Pizza Oven. You may remember a few years ago when I bought Eddie this pizza oven. We adore it. It makes woodfired pizza spectacularly!

Mackenzie Childs Stock Pot. This is my favorite stock pot, especially because it doubles as decor. It’s on my stove top permanently.

Rainbow Explosion Cake Kit. If you know someone who loves to bake, this is a fun project or experience. Lacy bought this for Max last year for his birthday and we had a blast making it together.

Luxardo Cherries. Fancy, over-the-top cherries that everyone loves but no one wants to buy for themselves.

Staub Cast Iron Dutch Oven. I love this dutch oven, especially with the gold topper. Its’ excellent quality.

Electric Pour Over Kettle. This kettle is stunning – beautiful enough to keep out.

Gold Touch Baking Sheets. My all-time favorite baking sheets.

Kale Razor. I adore this for removing kale from its stems. It’s a game-changer.

Finex Cast Iron Skillet. My favorite cast iron skillet. Use it constantly.

Le Creuset Cast Iron Braiser. This braiser is the perfect size when you need a heavy bottomed pot but don’t need something as large as a stock pot.

Breville Smart Oven Air. This oven is quite the splurge, but it’s a toaster oven and air fryer in one. It does everything.

Raw Honeycomb. This is a cheeseboard staple and SUCH a treat, but it’s fairly pricey to buy for yourself. It makes a great gift!

Truffle Hot Sauce. Last year I gifted 3 bottles of this. It is AMAZING! There are different versions and gift sets too!

Spice Grinder. This spice grinder is pretty enough to keep out! And it’s by one of my favorite brands.

Vineglace Wine Chiller. I used this in the summer constantly. It’s a wine insulator and fits around an entire bottle. I love for champagne and presecco.

Gift guide week is HERE! We’re kicking this off with the best stocking stuffer gifts – these gifts are all under $25!

This is always my favorite gift guide to make. It’s easily the price range where I find myself buying the most gifts – whether it’s for a grab bag family gift (we pick names in a few instances in our family and it’s GREAT – highly suggest doing this in 2020 if you haven’t yet. It’s a great to cut costs.), a stocking stuffer, a work gift, etc.

Most of the things you’ll find in my gifts guides won’t be a huge surprise – I’ve talked about lots of them throughout the year in my monthly favorites posts. However, I’ve scoured the internet and all my favorite stores to curate a guide of things I really, truly love, and would enjoy gifting or getting. This is my favorite list!

Also. I know 2020 has been such a tough year. If you’re not doing gifts this year, I totally understand. We are still doing certain gifts in our family, though some things are scaled back. As usual, I’m sharing gift guides in addition to my regular content, so if these aren’t of interest to you, there will still be new recipes and/or Crumbs content every day!

2020 Stocking Stuffer Gift Guide – My Favorite Gifts Under $25

The Pretty Dish! My cookbook is often on sale for less than $25 – including right now! Check back frequently to grab it!

Stasher bags. These are one of my favorite kitchen items. Stasher bags are perfect for anything you’d normally use a disposable ziplock for. We love them!

Mini jar candle. Voluspa makes some of my favorite candles ever, and you can’t beat the candy cane scent. Plus, it’s really pretty.

Lily and Val recipe print. I LOVE love love these so much – she has many different recipe versions and they are so beautiful!

Travel mug. The porter brand makes many of my favorite items in the kitchen – as evidenced below. Their mugs are WONDERFUL and I use one many mornings when I take Max to school.

Brown butter truffle honey. Well this combination is the absolute dream.

Essential oil towelettes. I’ve used these towelettes since well before the pandemic hit. They have incredible scent (lemon and orange are my go-to) and are so fresh and bright. I keep them in my car and my purse.

Screen cleansing towelettes. On another note, these are the towelettes I use for cleaning my phone. The packaging is adorable too. I love these for stocking stuffers.

100 things to do after quarantine. Pretty sure we all need this so we have something to look forward to.

One color a day sketchbook. I am not an artist or even someone who loves to draw, but I love the premise of this. Use one color to paint and reflect your day. It’s almost like a one word a day journal, but with color.

Beeswax food wraps. If you’re trying to use less plastic, these are amazing. You can use them to wrap product, bread or even cheese and stick them in the fridge. They are reusable and wonderful.

Travel utensil set. Another porter produce that we love! Eddie has these for work and it’s a great way to keep your travel silverware together.

Votes for women puzzle. 2020 has been the year of puzzles for us. Love this one for it’s obvious message, but I also like that it’s round!

Popcorn on the cob. This is one of my most frequently purchased stocking stuffers. Simply gift one of the corn on the cobs and you have a big bowl of popcorn.

Barefoot Dreams socks. My grandma gifted us a pair of socks every year and the idea still has a special place in my heart. I love gifting socks, as weird as it may sound.

Wine tool kit. We gift one of these every year to someone, whether it’s for work grab bags or a family member. It’s the best.

Provisions Road Trip kit. I love all the provisions mini kits, and this road trip version is perfect. Especially if you’re not traveling right now.

54 Thrones hand & body butter. This is by far my favorite hand cream. It’s in my kitchen catch-add drawer and I use it everyday. It’s ridiculously moisturizing and smells incredible!

RBG paper doll. Enough said! How fun would this be for a girlfriend or daughter?

Fancy hot cocoa mix. This is something else I love to gift – especially as a hostess gift. I often do the williams sonoma hot chocolate but am excited to try Compartes this year because I adore their chocolate.

Baggu nylon tote. These reusable, packable totes are a staple of mine. They pack up to nothing and they are so lightweight. There are a million colors and designs too!

Gradient puzzle. The gradient puzzle was also a hit with us this year. These ones are HARD. But if you need something to keep you off your phone and keep your hands busy… this is it.

Envelope sticky notes. I am the queen of the post-it.

Spark ideas box. I absolutely love this gift. It kind of combines the idea of a tangible gift with an experience gift.

Shiny dinosaur dominos. During early quarantine, our whole family really got into dominos. I am obsessed with these shiny dinosaur ones.

Fancy potholders. My mom is the queen of gifting pot holders for Christmas. She gets us all one every year. Seriously, if it wasn’t for her, I’d probably have none in my kitchen. This is a great gift – no one wants to buy them, but everyone needs them!

Glass straws. My favorite reusable straws are the glass hummingbird straws. I love that you can see inside and can tell if they are clean or not.

Milk & oatmeal Bar Soap. This scent is one I adore – warm, almond like, soothing milk and oatmeal. It’s so good.

Oversized latte mug. Because in 2020, we’ve all required coffee the size of our head.

Teacup tea towel. This Mackenzie Childs teacup towel is so, so cute. I love to have a piece in my kitchen and this is a bold towel without adding something permanent.

Pastel highlighters. I love nothing more than good old fashioned pen and paper. And when something needs to be highlighted, these are what I use. They are so pretty.

Dottie vase. This is another hostess gift I love. Grab a vase and fill it with a few fresh flowers – then give it once you’re there.

Porter salad bowl. I know, ANOTHER porter product. These are just such high quality and make incredible gifts. This bowl is perfect for the work week. Whether you work in or outside of the home, prepping lunch ahead is a key to success. I make salads for lunch (minus the dressing) and store them in here and they stay great for 2-3 days.

2019 kids gift guide

So this might be my favorite year of the kid’s gift guide yet! Now that I have a newly 2 year old and an almost 5 year old, I feel confident in what my kids LOVE and enjoy playing with the most. You can see some of our other favorites here: preschool faves, toddler faves, children’s books, and more! I’d love to hear below what you would include on this list too!

2019 Kids Gift Guide

Globe 3D Puzzle. Max has been talking about getting a globe for months … we may start with this one!

Road Tape. My SIL had this over the summer and it provides hours of entertainment. It’s a big roll of tape that looks like a road, and I will tape down lanes in our foyer. The kids get so excited.

Magnetic Map Puzzle. I have wanted to get this for Max for a few years.

Shark slippers. Max is obsessed with sharks and he is getting these this year. How fun are they!?

Leap Frog Ice Cream Truck. Emilia got this for her birthday a few weeks ago and oh my gosh – the kids have played with it nonstop. They absolutely love it. It is very cute.

Marshmallow fleece. One of the best coats ever! It’s so warm but it’s also light at the same time.

Craft Play Table. I mention this every year but it’s the best table for kids. We’ve had the toddler play table since Max turned one (it’s covered in stickers!) and we still use it frequently.

Big Wimmelbooks –  Fire Truck Book. This is just one of these books that we love. Max can look at them forever!

JellyCat animal + matching book. We’ve loved these since Max was born. The animals are the softest ever and the books are super cute too!

Construction plate and utensils. Max would freak over this.

Latches board. Emilia especially loves this board with all the latches and chains. But Max still ends up playing with it too!

Buckle book. These books are wonderful for travel, but my kids also end up playing with them every single day.

Name stool. This is something I got my kids this year and I’m so excited! They have a name puzzle and name train, but now they will have stools. They are starting to fight over a seat or stool and these will be perfect.

One Stop Shop. My kids got this last year from Santa and they play with it every.single.day. Every day. It is the most played with toy in our house, still!

Hanna Andersson PJs. Our ultimate favorite PJs, four years in the running! These are so wonderful and we love them.

3-in-1 Scooter. This has been the other hit of this week! Emilia got this for her birthday and it’s perfect for her age – she can pull things in it, ride on it with her feet on the floor or use it like a scooter. It’s really cute!

Sorel Kids Boots. Max has a pair of Sorels that Emilia can’t quite fit into yet. I’m debating getting her a pair on sale, because they aren’t much more than Target boots then, and the quality is insane. So good if you live in a snowy climate.

Piano Dance Mat. As a child of the Big generation, I am dying to get this for my kids!

Sticker puzzles. These are Max’s favorite thing! I always always have them in my bag for when we are out and about.

Toy Shopping Cart. Max has wanted one of these for years and now Emilia is on board. They are getting this for Christmas!

A is for Awesome. One of our must have books! You can find some of our other favorite books right here.
