I usually make chia seed pudding with some type of milk, but one day, I decided to see how the seeds would taste soaked overnight in pineapple juice. Loved it! To make this substantial I topped the pudding with cottage cheese and diced pineapple for a healthy, high- protein breakfast. There’s a farm on Long Island where you can go berry picking, and they make the BEST homemade blueberry ice cream. Since making my chocolate frozen yogurt in my Ninja Creami, I started playing around with other flavors and was dying to try it using fresh blueberries. It turned out even better than I imagined! I also tested it in a standard ice cream maker, and it worked well. Some other frozen desserts that I love are Frozen Banana Pop, Vanilla Bean Frozen Yogurt, and Frozen Fruit Pops.

Through trial and error, I learned some tips to make perfect air fryer steaks. Here I used leaner sirloin, but this will work for any steak you like. I do recommend making sure your steaks are at least 1 inch thick. Thinner steaks cook too fast without getting a chance to brown. A little oil rubbed on the steaks helps the steaks brown better. Adding a dry rub to leaner steaks like this sirloin or chops helps with overall color. We usually eat it with baked potatoes, smashed potatoes, or mashed potatoes and a vegetable, like roasted green beans or asparagus. You can see more air fryer recipes here.
