Protein pack your lunch without a ton of effort with this Tuna Salad for One. Quick, Easy, Filling

When I’m trying to put together a high protein lunch, I’ll put together my Favorite 5-Minute Lunch Salad, make a stir-fry, or in a pinch, grab some Simple Energy Bites. I sometimes forget how easy and how delicious tuna is. And how filling!

And a solid tuna salad recipe that makes canned tuna anything but boring. I can go low-carb and eat it on a salad (one of my FAVORITES). Or when I’m in a hurry, I’ll eat it right from the bowl. It’s just that good.
