Garlic Shrimp

This recipe is inspired by one of my favorite dishes from Spain, Gambas al Ajillo or Spanish garlic shrimp. It’s typically swimming in olive oil, so I lightened up a bit but it’s still just as delicious!! It is bright, garlicky, and perfect with some crusty bread or served over rice! And the best part, it comes together in just 10 minutes. If garlic’s not your thing you can browse through all my shrimp recipes, like this Shrimp Ceviche these Shrimp Taquitos or these delicious Shrimp Eggrolls.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Pulled pork is one of those dishes you can serve all year round. Perfect for potlucks or large gatherings to feed a crowd without spending a ton of time in the kitchen. I came up with this leaner version of pulled pork using boneless pork loin roast and homemade BBQ sauce, which gave me complete control of what was added. See more slow cooker recipes for easy dinner ideas.

Drunken Shrimp

This Drunken Shrimp is a little less drunk than most recipes – I only use a one-quarter cup of white wine combined with clam juice and fresh lemon. The sauce is so flavorful – definitely serve some crusty bread on the side to soak it up! For some more Italian shrimp recipes, try my Shrimp Fra Diavolo and Shrimp Scampi with Broccoli Orzo.
