Tips for making frozen yogurt bites
These peanut butter frozen yogurt bites one of our top summer treats! They double as both healthy snacks for kids and healthy desserts for kids! Here are a few tips for making this simple snack:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. This way, the yogurt won’t freeze to the baking sheet.
- Use a pastry bag for piping. The pastry bag makes it easy to make a swirl shape. If you don’t have one, you can use a spoon and flatten a dollop of yogurt into a bite shape.
- Freeze for 1 hour. That’s all it takes! Then peel off the yogurt bites and transfer them to freezer bag.
