When life gets busy, these Simple Energy Bites are a delicious and nutritious alternative to processed energy or granola bars. Made with whole grain oats and flax meal, sweetened with dates and held together with protein packed peanut butter, they’re everything you need in a quick breakfast or snack, and nothing you don’t.
