Your favorite sweet rolls just got even better and more adorable! These mini cinnamon rolls pack all of the flavor you love into a miniature size, perfect for special occasions and holiday brunches.

Two white plates, each holding a mini cinnamon roll on a lollipop stick dipped in glaze and topped with sprinkles.

When you have kids, especially girls, you learn to love miniature stuff real quick. And that includes mini foods.

After all, who wants a full-size stack of buttermilk pancakes when you could make tiny silver-dollar-size pancakes for your little one?

I love huge chewy chocolate chip cookies, but little kids are big fans of mini chocolate chip cookies.

A full-size pie at Thanksgiving? Mini pumpkin pies and mini pecan pies are WAY better!

And at the holidays, we love to swap out out big overnight cinnamon rolls with these adorable mini cinnamon rolls.

Caramel apple cinnamon rolls are everything you love about crisp autumn nights at the carnival – in breakfast form. Imagine waking the whole family up to these gorgeous sweet rolls!

Fall, fall, fall! It’s finally fall, though Ohio can’t seem to decide between crisp fall weather or hot late-summer weather.

I can’t even with that, so I’m ignoring it entirely and focusing on my favorite fall flavors instead.

Like these caramel apple cinnamon rolls. I first made these when Elle was a toddler, and she was a BIG fan. She loved picking out the sweet, soft baked apple pieces and eating them first.

If you love getting a sweet, sticky caramel apple or a hot caramel apple cider at the fall carnival as much as I do, these caramel apple cinnamon rolls are a MUST for breakfast this weekend!

These puff pastry cinnamon rolls are made quick and easy thanks to pre-made puff pastry. Top them with a powdered sugar glaze or cream cheese glaze for the perfect finish.

I’ve made a lot of sweet roll recipes over the years and every time I test a new one I am reminded of how much I love them.

From classic overnight cinnamon rolls to cranberry orange cinnamon rolls to strawberry rolls, I can’t get enough.

The one big bummer about making sweet rolls is that they usually take a while since you have to let the dough rise. I love making cinnamon rolls with heavy cream as an easy shortcut, but even my favorite version of those requires an overnight wait.

But these puff pastry cinnamon rolls? You can have them assembled and ready to go in the oven before your oven has even preheated.

I used to be totally afraid of baking with yeast.

Ok, well, maybe it wasn’t a full-fledged fear, but it was definitely a source of some minor kitchen anxiety.

Whenever I would bake with yeast, I was alway second-guessing myself. Is my liquid

the right temp? Did I use the right yeast? Has the dough actually doubled in size?

I know I’m not the only one who has felt this before. I have finally overcome my fears and enjoy making recipes like garlic knots, English muffin bread, and sweet rolls

So if you’re a little bit afraid of working with yeast, don’t panic. I’m going to walk you through making these sticky orange rolls so you can feel confident making them for your family.
