Fried rice is one of my favorite guilty pleasures! I love it so much and crave it frequently. If we order it at a Chinese restaurant, we usually get the house special fried rice made with beef, shrimp, pork and chicken. There’s never enough
protein and vegetables in the dish we order to make it a main dish, so I set out to make it myself with a healthier twist. This has 35 grams of protein per serving, plus the cauliflower adds a healthy dose of veggies. Guys this soup is SOOO good! Like, my new favorite soup good! It comes together quickly thanks to using store-bought broth here. To get restaurant-quality pho, in a fraction of the time the broth simmers with aromatics and sauces before adding the shrimp and veggies. Other than the noodles, this pho is a one-pot meal. This Drunken Shrimp is a little less drunk than most recipes – I only use a one-quarter cup of white wine combined with clam juice and fresh lemon. Italian Shrimp Oreganata is an easy weeknight meal that cooks in under 12 minutes. Just toss the butterflied shrimp with white wine, salt, and red pepper and place them on a sheet pan topped with the breadcrumb mixture. Bake on a foil-lined sheet pan for about eight minutes and broil for two, so the breadcrumbs get nice and golden. If you make seafood during the Holidays, this dish would make a great addition to you holiday table!
